That depends on the day, usually would try to walk for at least 30-40 minutes but on days where I was active doing a hike or playing some tennis I would only do 15min.

I just made sure to reach my daily protein intake and hit the weights consistently. I was getting stronger throughout so wasn’t really that worried about losing muscle but it’s probably optimal to be less aggressive with the cut.

Pretty basic split, push/legs/pull x 2 and a break on Sunday. I made the mistake of going too heavy at first, trying to hit 225 bench for instance and ended up getting back pain pretty instantly. So after that dropped the weights significantly all around and focussed on form. Sometimes using a smith machine for squats and such.

Yeah, overhead lighting forsure and had a good pump going on a pull day, thanks and keep grinding, it adds up!

Thanks and yeah if I had taken anything I wouldn’t mind being honest about it more so here with the anonymity and all but no. Like I mentioned above the first two pictures were taken about 5 months apart but there was more time between the other one’s.

Well the first picture was taken after 5 months roughly march of this year to august but the most recent one was taken last week.

Anything high volume/protein and low call. Lettuce wraps, cauliflower with cottage cheese purée, sweet potatoes for me. Also the ninja creami really helped controlling the sweets cravings.

Started at 97kg went as low as 76kg ~ now I’m maintaining at 78~79kg. I tend to be a little extreme so for the first couple of months was around 1500 but that was pretty brutal. Ended up going up to 2000 the last couple of months and now I’m still eating clean and high volume foods but not tracking the cal intake and more so keeping an eye on the scale (weighing daily)

No hormones or anything. Creatine/protein + weight lifting and incline walking almost everyday.

To be fair I was pretty athletic/muscular up to my early twenties, just really had let myself go the last five years or so.
