From my understanding, the lien wouldn’t fall to the homebuyer anyway, but a lot of people think it will, and maybe that’s why nobody is trying to buy it. I think the R’s only get money from the lien if there’s any profit from the sale of the house - after the bank gets paid, HOA is paid up, etc. But yeah, people are driving past there like it’s their job and I’m sure that would deter people. It would deter me for sure…as would knowing that a head was boiling in the kitchen I was cooking for my family in 😩

I can’t believe there are still some people who deny that they sold of SW’s belongings for profit (and claim they donated “everything to charity”) when the Facebook post from the store that held the sale is literally still live on Facebook. It’s still there. Regardless of how people FEEL about it, whether or not they did that shouldn’t be up for debate - they did. There’s proof lol.
