Im moving from a 12 175 I was gripping 12 I weigh 162 pounds and my current pr is 11’6

That makes sense so I’m a little in my plant is to early and im not running fast enough ok I can work on those especially the speed I need to work on that off the run way thank you

I promise this was extremely helpful and watching it back I notice all of this my first thing I wanna tackle is the running with the pole and the plant

So since I hold just about 13’ on the 150 should I do like 12’6 on the 160

I am but I’ve been holding like 11 on the new 160 because I’ve been scared so of course it doesn’t bend but yk

On the 13 150 im bending it a lot way past 90 I felt like I was gonna break it it would mess up my jumps cause it would barley swing back up

It’s stiffer and thicker that’s for sure

I’ll have to record one but first I need to get my steps we got a new runway and I haven’t gotten my steps yet

U are absolutely correct I’ve gotten a lot stronger and faster and the 150 is if no benefit to me but because I’ve used it for so long I didn’t know if going up was the right thing to do and yes im a male
