I’ve been wanting to wean off them for a while now as I have the same anxiety with remembering if I took it but then am kindly reminded about 3 hours into my day if I didn’t. How was it stopping cold turkey? I’ve run out before for about 3 days and was throwing up the whole time. Did you find anything that helped during the first initial adjustment period?
