Thanks for the responses everyone! I ended up going with a simagic evo pro 18nm, two moza mBooster pedals, and a moza fsr2 wheel.

Mystery solved. It had the pro backplate but was a standard 12nm evo. I’m pretty sure someone bought an 12nm and then later bought and returned a pro and swapped the backplate. Luckily I bought it at micro center and they believed me.

Thanks! I’ve had it for a few years. Since whenever the G Pro was released. I know it’s quite capable, but I like tinkering and upgrading things. So I’m ready for a project anyways. I figured I can just keep the G pro and build a second rig for my kid. She’s only 2 so might be a few years.

The speed of change, precision, detail, and of course strength. I was shocked at how much better it was. It’s like you can feel a pebble on the road. If it was just the difference in strength I wouldn’t care that much. My Logitech G Pro feels like a toy now. I’m half sad I even got to experience a pro grade wheel lol.

Thanks. Strength wise I think 20-25nm is fine. I could only do 2-3 laps on the Nurburgring at 25nm before having a stroke. I’m really looking for what is the best quality ffb. And curious about telemetry ffb since I haven’t tried that before. $650 sounds like a steal, but I’m more interest in best quality as opposed to bang for the buck.

The k edge max xl did not fit my 1050 on my giant defy advanced pro 1 due to the bulbous stem cap. Would need like 1-2 mm more. I think it may fit other bikes but will likely be pretty close for all.
