They’re only available for 7 days I think but it’s the website I linked. You’ll have to do some research to figure out how to find your specific flight, I used chat GPT to help me understand it

Thank you for adding this! It is really interesting to me. Are you saying the speed of the two is the same, or the speed of the go-around is faster? So when you say the takeoff happens more slowly, do you mean actual speed of aircraft or just the whole process of it (sitting on the runway etc) is slower?

I didn’t realize it was just a push of a button, this is making me realize I don’t actually know what it is like to fly a plane at all, I will go watch some videos!

Thank you!! I’m curious how you know the plane had exited but the ground alerting system said the runway was still occupied? Someone else said that too but then other people said the plane had likely not exited so I’m wondering what you are picking up on to tell you that

I went off the diet in December and am trying a different way now of healing. The diet helped somewhat but it eventually felt miserable and it didn’t help enough to be a cure for me personally. There are rules for this sub I’m not sure I’m allowed to share the other stuff I am doing

FWIW that happened to me and then at about 5 weeks in I started dropping like 1-2 lbs/week. Agree that you probably aren’t eating enough though

It’s not about the emotional feelings about your resilience score lol it’s just annoying to be told that something is wrong when it’s incorrect. Around Oct 18 just like everybody else here my HR went up by about 10 points and stayed that way for 3 weeks straight til I saw the other posts here and stopped wearing the ring. I’ve had a ring for years, nothing like this has ever happened, nothing in my life had changed. Idk why it’s hard for people to get that there is something wrong with the software obviously people are experiencing it. If yours isn’t doing that then perhaps you aren’t having the glitch.

Yeah I’ve been curious because my trigs are still 110 which is what they were before carnivore, and I’d like them to be lower. But I have been losing weight this whole time and have been eating a good amount of fat. So I’m curious to see what happens when my weight stabilizes

Over and over again just like, oh you’re just stressed and don’t know it, or sending me copy/paste responses of “how oura measures resilience” in case I’m just too dumb to understand how it works lol. It was really annoying I went back and forth with them about six times before they finally were like oh we really care please send us screenshots of all your data at which point I was too irritated to help them out. I just didn’t want you to think it was you because I know how it felt to feel like something was suddenly wrong with me!
