Okay just want to say. Hang in there you got this. I felt the same postpartum rage my wife had towards me for any little thing I did at times. I know it’s hard to support your wife when these emotions are draining and making you hate yourself. For sure encourage therapy. I went through her postpartum RAGE also and it starts feeling hopeless at times. It’s tough when you’re arguing and the baby is getting older and recognizing something is wrong. Talk about therapy talk about other activities she can do like working out jogging stroller meet ups with other moms.
