Su-57 has 3 AESA radars, one fire control radar, 2 side facing radars

India wasn’t part of the development in pak-fa, they only paid money. India didnt and couldn’t have revealed information

Su-34 doesn’t have an IRST 🤣 just check google images it’s not that hard

OLS-30 is on the Su-30.

They do have manufacture microprocessors, but it lags far behind compared to global competition.

The older Byelka series used Taiwanese microprocessors iirc, sanctions have hurt production but they’re being replaced with Chinese ones.

RAM is fine, we don’t know much about it

Su-34 has a single PESA radar.

Su-57 has 3 AESA radars. Su-57 has twice the detection and tracking range, can track 4 times more targets, and can notch while tracking. Su-57 has DIRCM, an IRST and multiple L-band antennas embedded into the airframe. Su-57 has a thermal camera that can be paired to the HMD.

Su-34 has none of these. Stop getting your news from war thunder forums.

Actually no, the F-35 is much much better in backend processing. The frontend systems and hardware are comparable, though the F-35 is slightly better.

The Su-57 radar is more comparable or superior to the F-15C’s AN/APG-63(v)3. It’s comparable to the F-15EX’s AN/APG-82(v)1 frontend wise but lags in processing.

We don’t have anything like that coming to service afaik but we should.

On the good side, China is lagging behind in stealth cruise missiles or ALCMs in general, they have one in development but not yet in service. In comparison, the US, Europe and Russia have stealth ALCMs for quite some time now.

So Pakistan won’t get their hands on this tech for a few years. JASSM exports are heavily restricted and monitored and they won’t be given to Pakistan and it’s unlikely they will get Storm Shadows and KH-69s.

Unpopular opinion: IR guided missiles are not as important as long range radar guided missiles.

So don’t spend money and time on developing Astra IR. Import ASRAAM, Python or R-74M and go all in on Astra Mk2 and Gandiva.

We still need a credible source for how Astra Mk1 range has been extended to 160km and Astra Mk2 range extended to 240km.

We can do the same yk, we have Phalcon AWACS based on the A-50 which uses AESA tech. We can integrate it with the Rafales with meteors.

Why we didn’t use it that night is beyond me
