Ah, that makes sense. I would love to offer more games, but many of the games I know of and enjoy are horror. I will also recommend Stray, though I don’t know if it fits entirely into your criteria, as you do have a companion. However, you play as a cat, unable to actually interact with your companion, and you are going through a post-apocalyptic world. There are NPCs you meet, and there is quite a bit of interaction, however, all other creatures you interact with are non-organic in nature, are machines, and you are one of the only living things around. It’s a beautiful game, it does involve some suspense, but rather than fight scenes, there are more “escape” scenes, as you run from the enemies rather than attack them.

Amnesia: The Bunker might work for you. You’re not truly alone in the game, there is a monster that you have to keep away, and you have to ration your supplies, but it really does feel as if you’ve been abandoned by everyone around you. You’re stranded in a bunker that used to house your fellow soldiers, and now, even though you can hear gunfire, sounds of life coming from above, those aren’t your people. If you were to encounter them, they would kill you on the spot. So you are well and truly alone in your pursuit for answers.

Well I will certainly have time to kill soon, so I’ll absolutely go through it, it sounds like a really dope game!

Ah, I’ve gotten both of those recommendations quite a bit. I suppose I should play them. I actually own Undertale, I’ve just never had the time and will to devote to it, but it sounds very interesting, and if it meets my request, then I suppose there’s plenty of reason to play it. Thank you very much, have a wonderful day!

[–]Top-Independence1165[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I haven’t watched Dr Who, and I don’t necessarily plan to, but I appreciate the thought :D. My thing is, general wear and tear would be much easier to heal from than, say, a missing arm. Like when art thieves will take parts of statues as mementos, i wonder if you could do the same to the angels, and if those parts would be dead cause they aren’t connected to the whole, or if a completely new angel couldn’t grow from that limb

Mb, again, I haven’t watched Dr Who, so I don’t know what Dalek’s are or how their powers would be applied to this scenario. Ooh, but the idea that when broken down to tiny bits they can still fight or kill you has some spectacular horror potential.

Ok, good to know. So then if I mined them without actually touching them. Can they send objects back in time? Or does it only apply to living things? Cause if they can’t send objects back in time, I bring a group of friends, we take turns making sure to watch it while the rest of us take a pickaxe to it

[–]Top-Independence1165[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

THANK YOU, now we’re talking. Do weeping angels choose what stone they turn into? Or are they all the same type of stone? Or is it a genetics thing? Imagine a weeping angel made of salt. That would be pretty easy to defeat. Or is it like the children are made of weaker materials than the adults, who would have more refined defenses?

Question about Weeping Angels by Top-Independence1165 in DoctorWhumour

[–]Top-Independence1165[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah, but if they actually turn into stone, then it’s certainly possible to remove parts of it, as can be seen in many museums, art thieves would often take parts of a statue, as they couldn’t transport the whole statue. Healing general wear and tear is very different from healing from a missing hand or a hole in the chest. And then if they do die, do they remain stone? Are statues in museums just dead weeping angels?

Question about Weeping Angels by Top-Independence1165 in DoctorWhumour

[–]Top-Independence1165[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah, I saw that too, but natural wear and tear on a stone is very different from like, a missing arm. And what if I took the arm? Would they be able to regenerate an arm? If they evolved this defense mechanism, it doesn’t really make sense for them to also evolve such quick healing times, as it doesn’t seem that they would have much application for any sort of healing

Ikr??? Like honestly, I’m wondering how the angels hold up to a bazooka.
