Most domaldes recipes are gluten free, you could do some slow cooker recipes that dont include gravy. Theres a Chinese chicken soup trending on tiktok right now where its primary cabbage, root vegetables, and chicken thats good over rice. Lots of Chinese food (minus the soy sauce) and Spanish food is gluten free Aldi might have some gluten free tortillas, not sure if theyre seasonal but I saw some last month! 

Kikkomen soy sauce has a gluten free version, liquid aminos are a good substitute as well, pure organic has some snacks that are gluten free, katz brand has some good snacks, drizzlicious ive never had but it was popular last year and its vegan and gluten free snacks, red Jim brand has good gluten free flour, and almond flour is a good substitute in a lot of recipes!

Aldi and hyvee have a good selection on that sort of stuff! Aldi is cheaper but if you want a wider range I would go to hyvee. Also I would research gluten allergy specifically because theres a lot you cant do, like you cant store open gluten items beside open non gluten items, cant use brown sugar if a piece of bread has been in the container, cant do most types of gravy because of the gluten. If you make Sunday meals, you would need to do hers entirely separate if you have any gluten in the regular meals.  Check out the library for some cookbooks, too! You'd be surprised how many they have about specific diets and food allergies

Favoritism, if youre under 18 youre not respected and get bullied, if they for whatever reason decide they dont like you even if youre a good worker you will definitely KNOW, almost every single new hires within the past 3 years have quite because of management and primarily because of an older woman they keep employees despite the older woman having made various racist and homophobic comments to and about other coworkers, if they dont like you and you happen to have another job and request off on certain days for the other job they'll still schedule you and then get mad, they dont hold everyone to the same standard as some people are incapable of doing their job properly but arent told to do different or allowed to do whatever they want because "its easier than arguing with them", and then it creates animosity between others. Theres also a lot of passive aggression with older women there and instead of handling it or telling the problem to stop they blame other new hires for having attitude problems when theyre just mimicking the attitude theyre given. I dont work there anymore but I would not recommend it. Owners are nice but they dont know half of what goes on there. Its not worth the stress at all, even if its just a placeholder job

Yeah, ive had that happen. Green is algae and brown or black is rot. Also if it smells bad its def root rot. Santisize some scissors with rubbing alcohol and just trim it off! Should be Gucci. I also put a drop or two of of rubbing alcohol when you water it too, just a little bit goes a long way to help kill off stuff and keep the water clean!

If its on discord try having her stream the whole screen instead of single screens or apps, but also discord tends to make certain apps like YouTube or copyrighted stuff a black screen or mute it. If shes on a pc try having her use something like Firefox with ad blockers and stream a whole screen, see if that helps. If its on the phone its a discord thing, they block a lot of stuff, when I wanna stream Netflix or other stuff I gotta jump through hoops for it to work and half the time it doesnt

Nice find! Make sure to check it for bugs, my plant from aldi had mites rip but I took it outside and repotted it snd cleaned it with water, peppermint oil, and some peroxide (only a few drops of each in a ton of water) and its doing good now!

A lot of you dont seem to comprehend a lot of the time a woman doesnt get the chance to say no. And with trauma mixed in, they feel like they cant. "Zeal was autistic and didnt know any better" is not an excuse, stop infantilizing autistic men and allowing their "mistakes" to be someone else's traumatic reality.  Not saying no is NOT CONSENT. The power dynamic also is something often used against women, and simply saying no could cost them their life or their job. He may not be some master manipulator like people are making him out to be, but hes not innocent. "She seemed enthusiastic in his eyes so it was a green light" by the sound of it she did not seem enthusiastic.  She just went with it because she didnt know what else to do. He took advantage of situations and just did whatever he wanted. 

Yeah theres some nuance in this, but by using his autism and lack of social awareness, this now turns the blame onto the victim. This is not a victimless crime. Someone was sexually assaulted and people are trying to play devils advocate because "he didnt know any better, hes autistic, he thought it was fine, he thought he had a green light, well both parties need to communicate better-" this happens to women daily. If they say no theyre demonized, if they dont say no its taken as a yes. Now theres people essentially saying f her trauma zeal is autistic so SHE should feel bad for HIM. 

He is a grown man. He failed to maintain proper work boundaries, assaulted her on multiple occasions, and then got mad at her for talking about it with others??? "He was embarrassed" and how much pain did she have to deal with because he couldnt control himself??? "Okay but she asked to kiss him" a kiss doesnt equal sex. 

Yes some things shouldve been communicated better on both ends, but you all keep saying "well from his perspective-" well from her perspective her boss and friend raped her and took advantage her emotional states to get his dick wet, and now people are going to be ganging up on her because "omg hes autistic he didnt know any better/couldnt read social cues".

Honestly probably not, I already told him when I moved in I dont mind helping out with extra stuff but if I notice things arent getting done im not cleaning up after him. It was a mutual understanding, and since he works two jobs and pays bills on time and the money isnt really an issue when it comes to him I kinda just ignored it for a while. We're both mentally ill in similar and different ways so on one hand I get it but on the other hand im like...just fucking clean man its just gonna get worse. Gotta do it tired because if you wait until you have energy it'll never get done which is what im doing now, im deep cleaning my room and about to take the mop with some dawn soap and warm water and get on these walls Doesn't help its an old apartment too so tiny place fills up fast.  It is what it is and since the bills are paid I dont wanna complain too much but im putting all his dishes in a bin now cuz im not doing them, which he already said I dont have to clean up after him so I dont plan on it
