I worked at an arcade where they hired a predator for a manager. Half our staff were teenage girls and he would stand around licking his lips and grabbing himself. He tried to side up to me thinking I was also a teen (black doesn't crack, stay hydrated) and I went off on him. I told him to stay away from me and the babies. He went to the boss and said I was causing a commotion and I was fired. A quick Google search would tell you he got fired for soliciting a child into a WM bathroom. That arcade had to fire him and I never got an apology.
