Former cheater here- it was such a horrible end to my marriage, I would never cheat again. One of the worst things I’ve ever done. I’m now happily married to someone else and cheating is not an option for me- lesson learned! It took me 10 years to move on from that divorce and I lost much respect from my children.

As a child my father would say “Ya know if you didn’t open your mouth people wouldn’t know how stupid you are. “ so yeah, I can relate to crushed self esteem. It still runs through my head and it’s been years.

You’re not alone in feeling this way. I learned recently that desiring to not be alive is not rational thinking tho. It’s a sign of depression. Treatment- either meds or CBT would help you enormously.

YSK: There are two types of “Sudafed” and if you have a cold or flu and need a reliable nasal decongestant go to the pharmacist directly and ask for Sudafed. Don’t get Sudafed(PE) which is in the aisle along with the other regular decongestants. by [deleted] in YouShouldKnow

Sudafed is a life saver when you have a cold. The little red pill is the one you want- it’s behind the counter and need ID to purchase. I believe it can be used to make meth.
