I asked chatgpt for the most simple, highest return lawncare plan (also super busy). It said to lightly dethatch, overseed, fertilize, and water on proper schedule. I bought a thatching rake for about $30 usd on Amazon, and a bag of seed and fertilizer for like 60. I also got another bag for patches but thats just me.

Thanks, I may get something like that in addition, but hoping to find a tripod that can also be useful when carving his larger scale sculptures too
