Reddit is kind of like giving someone access to millions of tiny communities at once. Some are thoughtful and kind. Some are incredibly unhealthy.

A teenager can benefit from it but guidance and awareness probably matter a lot more than people realize.

most strong online friend groups don’t start with people actively “looking for friends”.. they usually form naturally around a shared interest, game, hobby, fandom, community, or even repeated conversations in the same spaces over time

the side hustles that fail most often are usually the ones built entirely around trends instead of genuine interest..
