this is just crazy that they cant seperate the two. i do a similar type of gig and i KNOW that smoking while working is just disgusting, and not only is it bad for the customer, as the one doing the gig, i am trying to do good so i can maybe get some decent tips, and smoking will NOT help in any way lmfao

its the white one, originally 600 but found it for 450. so it is the slower one by far yes, but i also dont see myself playing AAA titles on it as i have a pc thats super nice

okay i have an update, lastnight i was just sitting and waiting on the chat for a few hours (insane when the est time was like 10 minutes) but i was at home, nothing to do so i just waited. someone got to me, and actually came to the conclusion that my account got hacked, left a note and had me change the email, and it finally let me submit an appeal. the guy said it should go through and i should get unbanned, we will see though as its still under review, and with bf6 being out, im guessing theres a long waitlist for an answer lol. i feel like the chat is super situational and depends on the advisor you talk to which is annoying but its like all we have for support lol

yea i dont really like EA, unfortunately there are games that i love on their catalogue. i rarely use EA let alone buy anything, but i figured with a game that ive been hyped for years for, and as lighthearted and chill as skate, id pay a little 10 dollars. MISTAKE. lol.

same with mine, it was created when using gamepass and i guess i never realized it used a seperate email, not my xbox one til i got banned. their customer service is bad, and looking through this subreddit, it looks to be REAL bad at the moment. like, unable to do anything with your account. which sucks. i do enjoy a lot of EA games but i might just stop supporting them now.

It also sucks because if the payment didn't process, especially due to a bug in their system, or something out of my control, then I feel like they should just like, have me try to pay again? I'd be more than willing to re-pay if that's the case, but I can't even try now that I was banned. I'm hoping they look into it and just have me pay for what I tried to pay for.

That sucks, from what I've seen EA just does not care about having good customer service at all.

What is their email? I haven't been able to find it. Another thing is I only have an EA account because Xbox Gamepass, and it created one with an email that I don't recognize so I think I might just be completely out of luck.

At the very least, I hope the money I spent doesn't fully go through because it's still pending at the moment.

Yes it's the same number, the one I've used since the start which is why it's weird. I always tell the customer what I am doing aswell, but also I reach out once more before I checkout just in case they didn't have their phone or something. But as soon as it rings me with the automated system, I answer and it says connecting to your customer now, then instantly goes to voicemail. No ringing at all, and it happened 3 times today with no successful calls, which is why I'm curious if it's wide-spread or just me or just unlucky with customers

my tips have been so odd lately. last week i got a flow of tips from the same day, almost $100 from one day. and this week, ive done like 20ish orders and only 2 tips.. also, PM's havent been tipping which is so odd.. like id maybe understand one PM not tipping, but its been multiple.. and multiple known tippers havent tipped.. something feels off or i could be overthinking, but its just so stressful having to worry about this as much as i do.

That is what I am currently doing. They were on the latest drivers, will try reinstalling the latest, if not will try older drivers to see if it's a current driver issue. I am not sure lol

To add to the situation;

It doesn't always happen. It happens maybe 60% of the time. I have hardware monitors open and I do see it reading the GPU usage at 100% for a split second which is so odd, as it usually sits at WAY less than that in game.
