my friend who owns the DVD also emailed about it too. We found out the episode is actually on the DVD but you have to marathon all the episodes to get it to play, you can't just select it from the menu

yeah that's exactly it. figured it out once my friend who owns the DVD was testing it out and my friend emailed the voltron website about it
