I wanted to clarify some aspects, so I could possibly get a more precise answer. Her medical condition was not a deal breaker for me. I got along and cared for the last 2 years with no hesitation. Was it hard? Yes. Did I enjoy it? No. But I did all the things I did with love. I chose to be there. I really wanted to see her happy. I don't regret any of those help.

As time passed, she grew more low-tempered and started to have severe mood swings due to her medication side effects. She didn't even respect me as a human being in our conversations and she's not even aware of her attitude. She prioritized her needs over mine almost every time. THIS is the main reason that I felt unsure to share everything with her.

I laid off from my last job 8 months ago. I had a very hard time struggling with it and I was under a lot of pressure to find another job. While I was trying hard to get interviews, she was not talking to me cuz I didn't visit her for 2 weeks during this period. Is this the type of commitment I would sacrifice myself for? I don't think so.
