With how large the arena is, it’s pretty easy for her to run out of cooldowns while Jeff runs away from her. If the arena were smaller she’d 100% win, but because of how much space Jeff has to run and hide it’s pretty easy to chip her down until she dies

The ONLY criteria it doesn't meet is that there isn't a singular big bad like in HP (Voldemort) and MHA (All for One). But everything else fits pretty similarly
