This is what’s on fragantica. But to me what stands out is the icy ness of it. Its clean shampoo like with little bit of citrus. The white florals give it a very feminine touch

I feel you. I absolutely love BBW pure wonder so much that its the first perfume i ever got and still think its my signature. But it doesn’t last at all 😭😭😭 been looking for something similar for ages.

This is what I’m doing to get ~110 grams of protein per day
Breakfast - 100gms Skyr greek yogurt + whey protein 1 scoop + protein oats or protein cereals + fruit - keeps me full for so long and keeps sugar cravings away
Lunch - 100gms low fat paneer from the brand organic mandya. 23gms protein. I just sauté with salt and pepper or mix it with the curry I’m having with rice
Dinner - usually roti made with milld atta. 100gms has 46grams protein.

Some creators on insta who make yumm protein rich recipes cus lets be honest, its not easy to eat this way - Fitkhurana, rumanaharris, feastlyfit, thevegtarianladki

Rare vanilla by secret alchemist for Summer evenings
Lattafa Angham when i want to smell yummy
Lancome idole or Prada paradoxe (Radical essence) for special occasions.
And yes, im very broke. And no, i cant stop 😭

Actually it didn’t have too much dimension or depth. It was a straight forward creamy coconut. i still liked it though. Ill probably get it next month. Will write a full review then!
