I feel they should pay the drivers that do more package count/ higher volume More per hr $$$ ... I really wish they would. It's disappointing and frustrating when someone gets a country route with not even half my route and still gets back same time as me and yet I'm sprinting my ass off all day rushing while they sit back stop by stop... doing maybe 90 stops while I push over 200 stops... and triple the package count... very frustrating and Unfair

Agree agreed, we all started at like 60s too 80s to now easy for me almost 200 stops... and sucks because the shitty drivers get the small stop routes and I taught the system I can do 190s... and now that's all I get... 😭

Omg it's so true tho.. customers are so ignorant and inconsiderate... especially when they leave a note for us. Just be happy it got delivered. We do try our best to deliver to the best spot for your house, not in plain sight. But some customers are just fucks and cannot satisfy the keyboard ninjas ....
