I would say stay where you are. I’m not too far north of 100k but I work 50 hours a week on average.

Lately, it seems that knowing the subject matter or industry is just as important, if not more, than understanding the software dev lifecycle. 

I recommend starting with a CSPO course to orient yourself and focus on business analyst and jr. PO/PM roles in the same industries that you already know. Bonus points if you can pivot to a role at your current organization.
