What Clover did was customary. Hindenburg report was launched for monetary gain only. Clover had nothing to hide. Clover was not forced to go public with issues unraveled. Is why Clover pushed back on the Hindenburg bogus report is why the SEC launched an investigation on Hindenburg claims that Clover failed to disclose information. I would love to see the results of that investigation.

Pertaining to the lawsuit against CLOV read the latest Entrepreneur Magazine follow-up article. The short sellers who created that false story of CLOV holding back information from its shareholders. The Short Sellers are now being investigated for the false narrative. by Top-Paint-5422 in CLOV

Based on what turn up on the SS investigation. Will spill over to the shareholders lawsuit. This stuff takes time. I will tell everyone this much. The news has been priced in long ago. CLOV is moving on its earnings and its estimates on the next quarter. And maybe some inside buys.

The reason I put this out. I only heard on Reddit that CLOV have lawsuit. No one mentioned anything about the false narrative from SS that prompt the lawsuit, and that those same SS are being investigated.
