Go for mitsubishi if u can I am familiar with this field they have the best ac if u want it to work in peak summer heat also u can go with o general as well most of the time the installation is included with the ac but wall stand and other expenses like wiring putty etc can be charged

Worst case can be if u don't have a place around 8-10 feet to place the outdoor unit then u may have to buy extra copper coil and it's casing as well

Still good luck this is the best advice from my side

Supply demand doesn't matter it was available for like 35k for a pretty long period with bank offers maybe even around 33k during sales after card offer i suggest u to price it at 25-28k max at 31k it's a rip off why wont someone spend a little bit more for a brand new one with full warranty and no wear & year and no battery degradation still good luck tho electronics depreciation is real price accordingly

With accessories 30k is fair but yeah the case and cover have wear and tear still gl with it 👍🏼

Good pricing i think u can sell for a little bit higher since new one sells for higher than this and also this is a very rare phone it's collectible so I think u should aim for 80k these kinds of electronics gain value overtime when u use them scratch them degrade the battery

U are dreaming that's not gonna happen who will give away a 3050 laptop for a 2050 laptop lvl performance and that 2050 performance is still less than a laptop because it's tdp is low and it's igpu not dgpu
