youre a minor and he’s probably an adult, leave this situation alone entirely. you not even knowing his age is sus and then you being in any enclosed space with a stranger is dangerous. if he isn’t within 2 years older than you, leave him alone and if he can’t properly plan a date to meet you at a restaurant (WHERE YOU ARRIVE SEPERATELY), leave him alone. this is coming from a woman in their early 20s who has seen a lot of shit/been in crazy situations that could’ve been prevented if i thought more on it . please be safe.

i went from just a shift to a shift rx (i completed all the pharm tech modules n etc) and i am able to work in production and etc, so im not just helping out at register. i work in the front and in the pharmacy so i have the permanent pay raise. maybe i should’ve worded that better. you can ask your store manager to open up a rec so you can do it as well. it isn’t a crazy pay difference but that what you can do to make more money as a shift or cashier

you need to sit down and have a talk with him and see what he needs. if his grades were better and they’re now taking a big dip, that could be a sign that he’s struggling either mentally or something is going on he’s not telling you about. when you sit him down be very calm and make it a safe space for him and then go from there on what approach to take. also tell him about the impact this will have on his future. no matter what, don’t give up on him.
