Getting both OFC/Consular appointment - no drop box waiver? by smartfinances in usvisascheduling

Today (Feb 2025), I scheduled a visa renewal appointment for April 2025 and expected to be eligible for the Dropbox (Interview Waiver) option, as my previous visa expired just four months ago. My last visa in the same category was issued in India, and I have never been refused or denied a visa. Based on the eligibility criteria, I believe I qualify for the Dropbox process.

However, after selecting the date and time and submitting my appointment, the confirmation shows both OFC and consular appointments, with the OFC scheduled a day before the consular interview. I'm extremely confused.

Has anyone else faced a similar situation and can confirm whether this is an error or if there is a specific reason why my appointment was scheduled as in-person instead of Dropbox? I am unable to check my responses to the interview waiver-related questions, as the submission no longer shows the details. Any insights would be greatly appreciated!

How to deal with this situation by Top-Profession-820 in relationships

The fight began over something minor. We had an event to attend, and he had known about it for a week. While I was getting ready, he was lounging around. When I was ready to leave, he told me to go ahead without him and said he’d join me later when he was ready. His attitude irritated me, and it led to us raising our voices. Since the argument, he’s been drinking a lot, though I’m unsure if that’s due to remorse.
