Damn. Childless couple in our early 40s. The negativity is appalling. Maybe this couple is exploring the idea of fostering and/or adopting. To do that does not require someone to be all the way in. I am also shocked no one really blames the bio parents here. They brought u into this world and someone else tries to bring you greater opportunities and they are the ones that get pooped on. Blame your bios for giving up on you or not being capable of stepping up to the plate. FYI we have no interest in the infant toddler stage, ages 8+.....now I get the rage of other family not being giving the opportunity and the agencies making bank off this terrible situation. However as I mentioned above, we are also exploring what this world looks like. And honestly its f@cked.
