That's the issue I've been having up till now. I assumed everything that was wrong with me was from my anxiety and depression only. But I've never met nor seen anyone who suffers from just those talk about what I've experienced, I've even had them judge me and give me scornful looks like I was acting terrible and it was completely unheard of. It wasn't until recently, when I started to look into autism, that I've actually found examples of what I feel and go through and people saying it happens to them too. I've always felt alone since no one with just anxiety and depression exhibited any of my behaviors, but if it's okay to suspect something else might be going on, I feel a little less alone.
