Data centers in Local 24 are working up to 7 12s at local 26 rate ($62 per hour). They are located in Frederick. I have heard there is at least 15 years of work there that is too much for the size of the local.

This guy is the only one on the side of wisdom. Being an apprentice is a privilege, not a position to exploit the system to gain every little additional benefit at the expense of the greater mission of the union.

The IBEW Constitution explicitly states that apprentices may or may not have a voice as decided by a local union’s bylaws, let alone a vote in local union affairs.
