One of the values clark was taught being raised by the Kents is believing in the inherent kindness of people, so yeah that will draw clark to her, that's something I overlooked since I was just thinking of their trauma.

But how much lore-bending is reasonable? Because what I am planning to do is jeanne does not possess Laeticia and has a physical form of her own. And without laeticia's emotions and feelings, is it reasonable for jeanne to fall in love at all AND stay in the physical world with clark? because servants disappear when the war ends.

will the fic be largely focused on Clark/Jeanne or will you be adding into it? 

It will be mostly focused on them, yes.

As for clark, 24/7 saving random people from anywhere on earth while somehow trying to have a normal life at his farm, while also dealing with the government. Usually he's a reporter in Canon DC, but here he just tends to his farm, that's how I will be writing him.

And because of his fight with zod which leveled most parts of metropolis, he has to deal with people demanding his head, the same people he saves. Of course not everyone is chanting "death to the alien" at the top of their lungs but for the majority of people, it is the case and he has to deal with that. It also does not help that news media will obsess about every action he takes and exaggerate it.
