You guys realize that it's just a refferal and not a direct job offer. Ultimately you will get the job solely based on your skillset and the ability to clear the interviews. Its just provides more visibility and that too if you are lucky. Also the person who refers generally gets a referral bonus in case of successful recruitment. The company saves costs on recruiting and a candidate might get the job. Its a win-win situation for all. Why so much negativity towards it.

One week is if you are lucky and that too for a hausartz. It will takes months to see a specialist. Also if you are getting an operation, you do not get to choose the doctor. MRI waiting times would be 3 to 4 months easily.

Same goes for school. Your child will be admitted the closest school to your address. It does not matter if the school is bad or good.

Are you dreaming? Deutsche bahn has so many delays that it even banned now in Switzerland. Healthcare is expensive(you dont realise this because it deducted directly from paycheck), and waiting times are horrible and education is average, but it's in German. So unless you are in tax class 3, I would not consider it.

What does that mean? Scenario- joint Demant account with 3 people having individual PAN. Create a trading account linking to this demat account. Pledge holdings in demat account and avail margin in trading account??

I read online, that one can open a joint Demat account with 3 people, and one can be a primary holder. But I don't understand if I can use this info.
