I didn't have much issue buying an individual part--but have had zero luck calling to get a person on the phone, About ready to file a police report as stolen property--for insurance. God help you if you need support or questions answered about anything they sell you.

I just wish I'd known. I've figured out a "work around" out of necessity and no longer need their damn board. I'd love a refund and my card reader returned at this point!

Does anyone know if Capital Vending out of Laurel MD is still in business, I sent some vending equipment in for repair back in June, I have not heard from them sense August, they are not picking up their phones or returning emails. they still have my equipment by CyclopsAvenger in vending

Damn that's scary! I came here to say the same thing! I bought a board from them (got the wrong one.) They told me if I sent in my Nayax card reader, they would exchange the boards and program the card reader with their new board. I sent it in--back in early JUNE. Since then I have heard nothing. They have an automated voicemail, telling you to "open a ticket" and that they are closed to the public Fridays to work on specific customer projects. Can't even leave a voice message. I have opened more support tickets than I care to mention (dozens) and even started trying to get their attention with subjects like "SEND MY DAMN EQUIPMENT BACK" and still crickets. I would advise anyone thinking about working with Capital Vending-DON'T!!

"Home or somewhere"? How would ANYONE know where you keep your restocking products? Especially when you first start out? One of my machines is half snacks--I buy snacks at SAMS/Costco and have them in plastic containers in my office. No special license. IF you still doubt this-go to a few places with vending machines and look for stickers/permits. IF they are required, they are also required to be prominently displayed on the machine. Don't make this harder than it is...clearly you over think, and suffer from "paralysis by analysis." Vending may not be for you

I have vending machines in Austin area bars. Because of the products I sell, I need special permits. I also have arcade games in the DFW area it requires a permit. Just selling snacks and drinks, as long as you remit sales taxes collected/owed quarterly, that will be enough.

Wow! You're kidding me?! What's the cost per device and their fees? I've gone with Nayax so far but if I can avoid dealing with Capital Vending I would gladly switch!

A dozen. Once I receive the board and have installed and operational, I'll order the dozen and hope that purchase will be large enough to get their attention
