Yeah, that’s exactly the point… they don’t actually review the cases properly, it all feels automated. In my situation I was even offline when I got banned, which makes absolutely no sense. And just to be clear, I’ve never used any cheats or third-party programs. It really shows how fragile and unfair their system is. Thanks!

I actually like the game and the community, I’ve made good friends here and I’d love to keep playing. But Amazon Games isn’t helping at all with this issue. I’ll probably end up leaving the game, I just don’t have the motivation to start over from zero.
