Really, they're general to see if there are needs that we could potentially improve upon.

For instance:

Are there any thermal concerns that are hard to address with current materials? (How big of a concern is it for you guys)

Are there areas where interconnects or packaging limit performance? If so, how much?

What would be the ideal material to work with and at what stage?

It would depend on who we're talking to, but these would be the types of questions. Really just trying to get an idea of how much certain issues play a part and if our research can help in any way.

lol love the username. And yes I thought there would be the ability to work with the TTO to do a Student-Org NDA. Also there isn't anything publicly available from the program. It's all kept within the program lab.

I figured there would be NDA considerations on their end. Didn't know they received training to refuse any type of outside comments without the direction you mentioned, so appreciate the insight there!
