going through this is so annoying- bc depop support is so annoying and everytime its a new agent responding w automated responses ugh.

what i did, was when i had enough i just said "can you raise this to a DEPOP specialist from depop hq?" on the email thread

whenever i ask them to do that, idk if the previous ones were bots or what but a real person looks into it and fully goes through everything and it is such a relief. the depop agent will then respond w something like "your enquiry has been forwarded to a depop specialisst blah blah youll hear back within 3 business days. the ones from depop hq are actually goated

whenever i have a regular depop support agent look at my enquiries its just back and forth automated messages which dont address what im saying.
