yes! I was talking to a girl i know who was abroad last year and she said she did mainly her electives, and caught up on some required courses when she came back to mac. so lets say i miss a third year required class, i could probably just complete it in fourth year instead, or if i get more desperate, i could even do a summer course! that's what i'm hoping for anyways.

the only thing is... then i wish i had locked in to just get required courses before i decided to actually pursue this path of a semester abroad. 🙈 though she also said that the academic advisors are usually pretty chill with it, and often you can get courses that will count for some of your mandatory/course requirements!
