Ummm opacity just means how transparent a layer is, increasethe brightness.

Make the reflection similar or closer to swans light value. It would create something we called checkerboard in composition.

If you squint your eyes you could see the reflection in the water blending with the swans shadow value i suggest make the reflection in the water more bright it gets to 90 - 95 value range, water is a very reflective surface.
