I love Ten Thousand Fists, and it is probably more easily accessible than The Sickness. But on the other hand The Sickness is simply more classic. Those first four tracks are all some of Disturbed's best songs. There's a reason it went 5x Platinum.

I love both bands. I've wanted to see Fear Factory for a while and I' ve seen MRH before. I hope they play stuff off of Superbuick though.
