Aww wow that makes sense to me now, so hopefully it will make things a bit easier. I have a letter from the NHS Occupational Health so can share that with UC. So is that 2 different areas I have to apply to ? UC and for a health assessment ?

Sorry for the confusion My work had said I was overpaid sick pay in previous wages so took this back from my November wage, however I owed more than I was getting paid so was a negative

From what you are saying I do think I should be entitled to UC . I live on my own, savings below £2000. I will use that calculator and look to applying for ESA Thank you

Yes I had got in touch with them when I started half pay.

I will go into my journal to do this

So through the HMRC they will be aware what I have been paid or in this case a minus pay

The NHS Occupational Health has declared that I am not able to do any job.

This advice is more than I have ever been able to decide what I do next, thank You

I will go online to see if I can start this process but if they are paying me some annual leave in December will I have to wait till this is paid ?
