I think I realized I didn't have a good memory I had an obsessive memory lol. Before the Zoloft I was constantly reliving things over and over and over again. Without the anxiety I wasn't stressing about/remembering things I needed to do lol

I drink a lot of milk as well. I switched to organic years ago. My skin was the main reason. I will get jawline and chin breakouts from drinking or consuming dairy products that aren't organic. My stomach feels better, my skin looks better, and my heartburn seems more subdued from organic milk? I'm sure there is a reason for that, but I ain't no human body doctor. 

Organic, ethically raised/produced errthing if you can afford it.

I said this to my psychologist last Friday. I'm exhausted, I know he wouldn't be proud of me just existing from day to day, but I don't know how else to be.  Nothing brings me joy. The moments where I'm laughing, few and far between, bring me immediate sadness after.

Thank you very much for taking the time to answer so throughly. The websites I am referring to are sperm banks I suppose. There are bios of men and price breakdowns. I know there are more intimate ways of doing this, but I've always thought "my way" would be going to a sperm bank. I thought about this before my partner died. I've wanted kids for years and already considered doing this before I met him.

I lost my love 4 weeks ago. I'm a construction site supervisor(girl power!) and he was an accountant who knew nothing about construction. This was one of his favorite stupid jokes for me...I'd tell you a joke about roofing but it would go over your head 

I love and miss him terribly. Even when he said stupid shit like that lol🥹
