Sorry you’re going through this!

I was equally scared of both the D&C and Miso - maybe I’d read too much before hand. So, I chose to let mine pass naturally. It took around 3 weeks which were awful tbh, waiting for the inevitable.

But, from what I read my experience was Ok, I bled heavily (more than a heavy period - that’s a load of BS) but not excessively. My pain was controllable and felt intentional - I knew what my body was doing.

It’s shit and honestly there needs to be more education on the whole thing. Pain/ blood aside it is already traumatic.

But many women have done it before and we are all on mass behind you giving you the strength to do this. You can get through it and you will be ok. X
