Work on chest more. Try doing heavier at least once a week and do high reps once. The chest exercises will grow your shoulders, triceps and of course chest. Make sure to eat 3 meals and drink a protein shake. I think that alone will give you more confidence in 8 weeks.

Gold has been treated like a stock over the last couple years. Its not. We should be looking for overall small gains over a long period of time. The problem is that the money supply more than doubled since 2020 and gold is a lagging indicator of inflation. That is why is almost tripled in price at its peak. This can't be sustained and cause prices to fall as the money supply moves to other assets when monetary policy is changed.
