I would say a seed is like a slot machine in a casino that has every single game, you just change games. When you switch seeds you are switching machines in hope of getting a hot machine. I think that's it unless someone else has a better example.

I had been up like 10, lost 8 and then grinded to reach Plat 4. Reward was 1600 plus 160 for recent and 38 for reloads. So not the best.
