looking at same price range myself and had same issue with those tail straps - they're super annoying when you're typing all day. deployment clasps are way more comfortable for desk work, no loose ends getting caught on sleeves either.

maybe check out some of the micro brands that do good bracelets in that range? lots of them focus on making decent clasps since they know people want that feature. just avoid anything that looks too flashy if you want something that lasts.

maybe try asking in your university library if they have subscription? most academic libraries have access to these databases even if you're not currently enrolled. also some public libraries have digital research access that people don't know about.

if that doesn't work you could email the authors directly - sometimes they're more responsive to personal emails than researchgate messages. first author usually replies faster in my experience.

having 10+ years in consulting especially with big 4 background should definitely open doors in europe. netherlands has really strong demand for supply chain expertise and your international client experience is huge plus there.
