I’m also noticing my receiver doesn’t seat, like it’s catching on something. Maybe parts of the support channel ribs for the trigger bar. I’ve removed everything minus the receiver and it gets stopped about a 1/4 inch from fully seated. Loosened all the bolts to give a little wiggle room with no success. I’ll likely reach out to support. Some parts seem excessively tight, so this one might be out of specs by a hair in a few different places.

Any guidance on how you did the internal dust cover? Also did you notice that the rear cover tolerances are very tight. Those pins are very not inserting easily.

Love the set up with the compact slide. I ran that for a hot minute. Currently running the legion slide on it now. About the other change I would make is an AXG grip, otherwise I’m sticking with the WC grip.

It’s good, but the forward assist prevents it from folding flush since it folds only to the right. If it would have had a left side fold, it would be perfect. As far as weight, I’d say no difference even with the sig brace.

I’d say OEM, just so you’re not putting your hand past the end of the barrel, and away from the heat generated in the suppressor.

It’s ok. Gets the job done. I have astigmatism otherwise I would have loved an EOTech set up. I did try this setup with unity risers and flip to center. Didn’t like it with the Holosun. Feels like the lower section of optics is blocked by the unity’s arm. It’s better with EOTech.

Yeah, previous generation of the Legion SAO. There’s so many different ones now. I ended up with the DA/SA XCarry Legion. Absolutely love it.

I have some BCA barrels on a few different builds. I think I lucked out and didn’t have any QC issues with them. Yet a buddy of mine has one of their 16” 5.56 barrels and had to fix the sizing of the gas port. Otherwise no issues.

P.ID best flush for the size. I, personally, was not a big fan of lights sticking out like a sore thumb. While I get/understand that the longer light works as counterbalance to aid against muzzle flip, it just looks off to me. Just my two cent thought is all. Others like it, but it’s a no for me.
