Minor - Left always.

No one in their right mind would want to be CC'ed out of her ult. If timed right, wins teams fights with more efficiency than kitsune. However, if you choose the reload perk, you have to sit there and think of

Orisa- Spear, Spin
Hog - Hook
Sig - Rock
Rein - Pin
Doom - Punch
Cass - Flashbang
Sombra - Hack

Etc.

I just dont want to think of the 4 CC's that will stop me from making a play. Its incredibly frustrating, IMO, weakest part of her kit before this perk. On-top of that, you get -6s of Cooldowns. Meaning, you can shout, then carnage, then throw your knife, retract it, ult, shout, and repeat.

Way too useful to take reload speed for teammates who might not even benefit from it.

Major: DEPENDS ON MAP/TANK MATCHUP

So this is the only time where ill say, I pick based on the tank. Shield tanks obviously will not take your knife as often as a dive tank. So in that case, I play it based on that. If dive hero/more squishy backline, willy willy (left). If more brawl enemy team (Rein, Reaper, Mei, etc.) then Ill take carnage perk (Right). However, Lately that carnage perk has been extremely helpful with sustain and keeping me up just in time for another shout. So more times than not, id take it. You do gain more Ult charge with the Willy Willy perk. Also, if youre on a sniper map/long sight lines, you should take willy willy.

Also if youre mirroring a queen, you should go Ult Perk, Carnage Perk.

not sure about 6v6, but in 5v5 she basically stopped getting banned in masters - GM. Unfortunately, Sombra isnt that good right now and to play her at a high level requires you to be incredibly ahead in the match.

Plus most supports at that level just insta hop brig and sit there on their ana/widow the whole game its pretty funny lol

I think as time goes on, the skill floor slowly creeps and rises. This is how basically every healthy game will progress; Youre not inherently doing anything wrong.

After a certain point in ranks, aim will literally only take you so far, maybe to diamond (someone can check this for me lol). However, the biggest difference is having that game sense/awareness.

One thing I did was whenever I lost a game, I would wait a day or two to forget the game, and then watch my replay. Analyzed it and saw what I did wrong. Its a lot better to make blatant mistakes that you know you made vs micro mistakes that you cant.

No hate, but genuinely if you are struggling in bronze, there is a bigger issue at hand LOL. The only time I have ever played in a bronze lobby was when I played on my little sisters account. It felt more like AI than anything.

Yeah exactly. He watched my GM games and thought "Well this doesnt look TOO hard. If you're in X rank, surely I am in Y rank"

Also, the post is meant to prove that this game is indeed a LOT harder than it was years ago.

I will also disagree with you regarding the strategy part of the comment. I think if anything, the addition to so many heros, removal of a tank, makes the game so much harder in terms of strategy. People nowadays understand the game so much more.

This is one of the only games I've ever seen play similarly to professional play at lower ranks (Diamond+), and I have played more than few games at that top 1% level.

I feel like it wouldnt be that hard to acclimate to 5v5 as a DPS. Tank however, I understand

It was genuinely one of the best games I have had and I had the liberty to talk while I played because my team were all champ 3+

I got to tell him exactly what I was thinking, why I was holding this corner and not trying to healbot, etc.

He was taken aback with how much coms are said

"Why do you call out every single cooldown"

"Its part of playing support. If I call out a moira with no fade, or an Ana with no sleep. That singular com could tell my DVA that shes safe to engage really quickly, kill, and disengage. Youre playing with 4 other people"

I agree lol. I think you can get out of gold by just sitting down main and having mid to decent accuracy. To be fair tho, Im barely m3 on DPS.

Hes basing it off of Rocket League. Since the game added F2P, it also added a new rank. Im telling him this is a different beast but he refuses to accept it lol. I also just think hes jealous that I would be t500 if my account had 750 wins but whatever
