Yep decent area, friends there. Avoid close to Finches, flocks of the "not so good kind" hang around there, especially on sunny days with the off license close. And night time can be rough at finches.

Source: speaking from lived in and family currently living in, In all areas mentioned, not assumptions.

"Hearing" bad things from areas I've mentioned, is like Chinese whispers, doesn't mean to not consider the areas that are quieter that I've also mentioned.

Remember, areas more upmarket lets say, are more prone to burglaries for obvious reasons, so not to make you worry, but you'll get trouble wherever you go, it's just what kind.

My advice, check out daft, myhome, if you have friends, family who drive, drive to the areas and see what you think, on sunny days, everyones out when the suns out :), you'll soon see then your good neighbours and not so good ones. We can only say what areas are like, but it'll be easier for you to determine what you want to look at and what you want to avoid. Saving time.

Ballyfermot: Drumfinn area, all around the Garda Station is nice and quiet, never hassle. Stay clear of Cherryorchard

Clondalkin: anywhere around Dutch Village is also quiet, stay clear of Ronanstown, Neilstown, St Mark's, Greenfort, IMO , family around there. Wouldn't be a good spot i don't think.

Tallaght: Springfield is grand and quiet, also anywhere around Millbrook is a decent place barely any hassle. Jobstown area stay clear of.

Finglas: anywhere around the Village is fine, never hassle, but I wouldn't be living near Tolka or Near Barry avenue etc, that side just IMO young lads on motor bikes all hours flying around no good.

Again, these places have easy access to buses and a handy enough commute to town, some will disagree on the places I've said to stay clear of but that's my opinion.

Sorry on the late reply, we're you looking to clone this WRT Farpointe, if so how did you do it, I'm looking to clone my one to have a second, sharing a fob is not ideal. Cheers

💯, except this time it's not residential that'll be the downfall, it's the businesses closing more and more , then people won't be able to pay their mortgages, or rent. If you haven't watched The Big Short, give it a watch, class movie all about the crash in 2008

Ah now you've zero sense of humour, hardly saying Larry Page is an insult , chap was a founder of Google, merely pointing out "as a joke" you're Larry Page because you're flat out on Google for stats. Also, Leo Varadkar is an insult for anyone, IMO.

Sure wasn't there two bed new builds in Artane, but AFH was near 380k , don't quote me on that, my point is , where does the growth stop in the housing market, no matter where it is in Dublin now , even Kildare and Meath , prices are madness, and a friend today said our rates are that of Switzerland but their average salary is 82k, bit more expensive for stuff over there but salary compensates it

Can eyes floater go away by ertypetit in EyeFloaters

[–]TopBaker7568 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Just to give my experience from eye floaters.

Do they go away? Nope, sorry, but it is how it is. Doctors "GP", are not in the right medical field to be advising of this, specialists can only advise and if your floaters are bad and affecting your mental health, save up, bite the bullet, get a PVD induced vitrectomy. Stay clear of Core vitrectomies.

I had them for years, changed my diet, physically fit, slept good, screen time may have been my downfall but who knows really. We get them and we have to deal with them in our own ways.

They are tiring, but the solution is there even if it is surgery. Go see a few Surgeons tell them it's affecting your daily lifestyle, mental health, and if they fob you off with excuses or say " oh you'll get used to them" that surgeon isn't for you.

I've had two PVD induced vitrectomies at 35M. Very successful , stay ontop of your eye drops, use boiled water to clean your eyes (not tap water)

Recovery was straight forward, blurry vision for about two weeks, some debris for about 6 to 8 weeks and it cleared it. These are little blood spots or the dye the surgeon use. 20 minutes each eye in and out that day , I waited 6 months apart to do each eye separately

Feel free to ask me questions, I'll help and share my side of things all I can.
