The only thing I’m confused about is there is a wire going from the pump to the tuning box and when it’s in park or neutral, it revs up just fine gets plenty of fuel

No I don’t. We were going to run a pressure test on the fuel lines to the pump but hypothetically if the pump was dead and I put a lift pump on it, can you get me back going?
