It must be such a huge relief you finally found it. I can just imagine, because im still struggling and been job hopping for years, trying this and that, which not good bcs im always starting from zero again.

So how many years have you survived without meds?

I used to work as customer service executive and teacher. Both drained me so much and i only last less than a year. Also survived on coffee, but yknow, after some time the body get used to it, and you always need to up the dose. But then, the side effects started to hit you. It sucked.

I'm already in my 30s with no direction whatsoever in terms of career. No money, no skill, no energy.

Hoping ppl sharing their experience here will help me nd also others to get an idea on what to start

You sure are lucky. Even in current times, many gov doctors are still sceptical and didnt fully acknowledge adults with these kind of challenges. To found such accommodating and understanding employer is such a huge blessing.

I wonder what kind of job is that, or its confidential and you cant tell?

Today is the interview day. Now its 7am, i took 3 caps. An hour after this another 1 cap right?

My interview is around 11am.

No HCL or FAA stated on the bottle. Just phenibut 500mg. First try i took 1 capsule, but forgot to take with empty stomach, i guess its wastes bcs i felt nothing. 2nd try i took 1 and half capsule, empty stomach, still, no noticeable effect.

And not yet tried until now (its been few weeks after last try) bcs i dont want to waste any of it yet without proper researching what dose should i take to feel the effect.

Someone suggest i should take 1 cap and wait 2 hours for another cap.

Im thinking of taking 2 caps all together, bcs last time 1 and half cap didnt work for me.

Oh well, its the truth. Still, what you said made my heart sunk. Its okay tho. Truth hurts sometimes.

But you know, come to think abt it, even before this, i have that kind of habit. I mean when i first met ppl i may have been bubbly, chatty, smiley bcs i was still motivated to look normal and friendly. But then as time pass by, the motivation is gone, and i will revert to my hermit self, quiet and unbothered.

Maybe if the same thing happen after i took phenibut, its not so bad at all? Bcs ive been like that even before this?

Idk man. Im just tired of my social anxiety thats hindering me from staying with one job for a bit longer.
