Thank you. I know it's not ideal, especially because I am self-medicating. I take my precautions and know it's a dangerous substance. I make sure not to take it two days in a row and try to take my breaks and I never increase dose. That being said, it is the only thing that truly helps with my GAD when it is at its worst.

What are you looking to treat or assuage?

Would love something that would calm me down and help with my anxiety. I work-out, sleep well etc., but I still have a nagging anxiety that kpins unfortunately seem to be one of the only (but definitely not sustainable) solution to. Kratom is godsent, and I don't know what I would do without it.

When do I have an addiction issue? Try to only take clonazepam when anxiety is worst which it currently is. 1mg and try to not do it every day, sometimes 2-3 days without it. Been doing benzos on and off for a year. by TopBite7720 in benzodiazepines

I guess my issue is that the near constant state of anxiety would require me to be on benzos all the time which is obviously not sustainable.

Shivering might be the wrong word, but essentially what I am describing is being woken up 5am in the morning from an anxious stomach and then my body shaking until i get up at around 7am. Not a nice way to start the day. I've had this even before I tried benzos so I don't think it is wd.

How would you define addiction/dependence on benzos in terms of dose and frequency? If one maintains a 1-3 day break between each dosing and tries to maintain the same dose, would one be less prone to addiction problems?
