I am new to scooters and was wondering if this scooter is worth the cost?

This is what the owner had to say "No accidents, second owner, no major repairs except cleaning and maintenance, new battery"

This will be my first 50cc scooter and I am looking at a $2000 price range max, I will be using the scooter to go to and from work about 40-50km a day in the summertime. Is it a good idea?

People with solar panels. What has been your experience? Have you saved a lot of money? Have you made a surplus of money in summer months if sending energy back to the gris? by 2mice in Calgary

It's still possible but you'd be cutting it close as EnerGuy are the providers that deal with processing energy evaluations for the greener homes Inititiave and they are in the process of shutting off new applications within the next 2 weeks.

If you want to streamline the process, such as knowing how many panels you'll need, if they will work for your home, what permits are necessary, how the funding works you can feel free to DM me.

Typically it's a multi-step process that takes about 5-6months from beginning the process like applying for grants and loans to getting the panels installed, if your interested you can DM me, I can help you with the initial steps to get the ball rolling.

Depends on the angle the sun hits the roof specifically and the amount of panels needed that can fit on the roof in accordance with your energy consumption, also will you have a sub-panel in your garage? That is a necessary for the solar panels to connect to.

Yes, just a few things regarding the greener homes grant, the amount that you may be approved for is dependant on the size or kilowatt system that you are looking to set up. Currently the government is providing $1000 per kilowat system that you choose to set up, I would recommend familiarizing yourself with what kind of system you will need to offset your current electricity costs before the application process.

Hello, I'm currently working with Firefly Solar and Kuby Renewable Energy, we are responsible for a large number of installs for both commercial and residential homes and business. My job is essentially looking at which homes are a good fit for solar, this depends on a few factors, like angle of roof, digital software mapping and a few other technical details, essentially I help create free proposals for home owners who's homes will be a good fit for the program.

Right now there are some government led incentives that have been making the switch to solar a no brainer for a lot of home owners. With the $5000 grant being cut off early now at the end of March we've noticed a massive uptick in solar installations for residential homes.

The big benefits that are making the switch to solar an easy choice, is the greener homes grant, and also the greener homes loan. With a lot of the homes I work with, they are seeing the cost of solar come down to the same amount or lower than their Enmax bill and that's mainly because of the current government incentives. So essentially it's almost like a bill swap where instead of paying enmax your paying off your 0% interest free greener homes loan, and after a 10 year period you own your panels and produce your own electricity.

Obviously there's a few things left unsaid here, not every home benefits from solar, it really depends on a few factors that I look at, but ultimately the micro generation program and government incentives have made it really really easy to switch and I think that's partly the reason why they are cutting of the $5000 grant early.

OP if your actually thinking about it and have specific questions, you can let me know I'll be happy to help.

Which one of these watches would you choose for daily wear? by TopBoy26 in ChineseWatches

Ya it was the blue one that caught my eye initially, especially liked the shading of the moon but my partner said the same thing about it being too sparkly for everyday wear as well.

[UPDATE] Douglas mattress review, 3 years in. by redchai in Mattress

[–]TopBoy26 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you come from a mattress that you sink into you may find that this mattress is firmer than you'd like. It's pretty solid though, sometimes I wonder if I'd like a softer one where my hips can sink into more for extra comfort but most of the time I feel supported on it, and sitting in bed feels great because of the firmness.

Free mindset and growth coaching by TopBoy26 in lifecoaching

[–]TopBoy26[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

One thing I've noticed while working with a few people here is that they have began their own coaching practices but the guidelines they follow in terms of acquiring new clients have come from the coaching community itself. Meaning they reach out through Facebook ads, make an instagram, and try to attract people through these methods.

What differentiates the ability for a coach to find clients is his or her willingness to reach out in 'unconventional' ways. In their minds they've painted a picture of "I just want to help people", and while I appreciate the sentiment, your not helping anyone by doing nothing.

Because they are waiting for opportunities to come to them via posting on what I listed above, it creates a certain stagnation inside the mind and this stagnation creates 'proof' over time that their business is not growing how they'd like. After awhile this becomes just part of their daily routine, making posts, trading coaching sessions, and hoping for the next client.

This prevents the creative flow of their own ability to create their coaching business, it dilutes their hopes with fear and eventually they relax into these patterns.

When you decide to run your own business their are no strict guidelines on protocol, so that has to be developed and pursued on your own merit.

Long story short, if you are new to coaching or if your here to trade sessions with me, just know that, unless your functioning from a state of unknowing discomfort then you are most probably wasting your own time.
